Delete your Syaq Academy account

The “⁧اكاديمية سياق⁩” app (Syaq Academy, xyz.syaq.app) is developed by Ghanem alkhaldi. You can delete your account and its data at any time — in the app or on this page, and deletion is immediate.

Two ways to delete

In the app

  1. Open “Profile”.
  2. Tap “Delete account”.
  3. Enter the verification code sent to your phone.

On this page

  1. Enter your registered mobile number.
  2. Enter the verification code.
  3. Confirm the deletion.

Deleted immediately

  • Your phone number, name, photo, study details and date of birth — the account becomes an anonymous identifier that does not point to you.
  • Your video progress, booklet notes, quiz results and flashcard reviews.
  • Your notifications, and your support tickets and their messages.
  • Usage and error logs linked to your account.
  • Every sign-in: app sessions, website sessions and notification tokens.

What we keep, and why

  • Financial records, if any — payment requests submitted on the website (amount, the number used and the receipt) and course-access records: kept for as long as accounting and legal obligations require.
  • Security records — your revoked devices and the staff action log, without your name or number: to prevent abuse and ban evasion.

After deletion your number is free again: signing up with it later creates a new, empty account.
