This is a binding agreement between you and Syaq (syaq.xyz). By using the platform or app you confirm that you have read and accepted it in full; if you do not agree, you must stop using the service immediately.
Account and device
- The account is personal, non-transferable, and non-shareable. It is tied to your phone number and to one registered device. Moving the account to another device is done exclusively through our team, at our discretion.
- You are solely responsible for all activity on your account and for safeguarding your phone and verification codes.
- We may refuse or restrict registration at our sole discretion.
Intellectual property and license
- All platform content (videos, booklets, quizzes, cards, design, logos, software) is the exclusive property of Syaq or its licensors and is protected by intellectual-property laws.
- We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license, revocable at any time, to access content inside the app for your personal learning only. This license creates no ownership or permanent right of any kind.
- Strictly prohibited: recording, screen-capturing, downloading outside app features, republishing, streaming, selling, sharing, translating, or creating derivative works from content; sharing the account; and attempting to bypass any technical protection.
- Content is watermarked with the viewer's identity; any leak is traceable to the account holder and constitutes a material breach entitling us to terminate the account immediately, pursue all legal remedies, and claim full damages.
Access to content
- Any course made available to your account — by whatever means — is tied to your account alone and creates no permanent right. We may modify, update, or discontinue content, in whole or in part, at any time at our discretion and without any obligation to you.
- The duration and conditions of availability are as we determine for each course.
Acceptable use
You must not misuse the platform in any way, including: intrusion attempts, reverse engineering, automated data extraction, impersonating devices or identities, or any use that violates the law or harms the platform or its users.
Suspension and termination
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
- The platform and content are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose or uninterrupted, error-free operation.
- We do not guarantee any academic or exam outcome from using the content.
- To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages or lost opportunity or profit; in all cases our aggregate liability shall not exceed the amounts you actually paid us — if any — in the three months preceding the claim.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Syaq and its operators from any claims, damages, or costs (including legal fees) arising from your breach of these terms or misuse of the platform or content.
Changes to the service and terms
We may change the platform, its features, or these terms at any time; changes take effect immediately upon publication here. Continued use after publication constitutes acceptance.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan, and its courts have jurisdiction over any dispute, unless mandatory law in your country of residence provides otherwise. If any clause is held invalid, the remaining clauses remain in force; our delay in exercising any right is not a waiver of it.
